Refund policy

Interpretation 

“Company” refers to Calibre65.

“Goods” refers to all watches, equipment or other goods described on the front of this agreement.

“Buyer” refers to the purchaser of the goods.

“Warranty” refers to that as per clause 2 of this agreement & is subject to the exceptions listed in clauses 3 & 5.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. All goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable or refundable.
  2. Upon the completion of the sale the Company shall provide a warranty against Mechanical defects of the goods purchased for a duration of 6 months if the timepiece does not come with manufacturer warranty.
  3. This Warranty will not cover those parts of the goods such as sapphire crystal, plexiglass, needles, dial, crowns, push buttons, caseback, straps, bracelet, buckle, clasp which have been inspected by the buyer prior to the purchase of the goods.
  4. Accuracy & waterproofing of new goods will be in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications & is not warranted by the Company, The Company will not warrant the accuracy & waterproofing of pre-owned Goods. The Company will however, at the Buyer’s request, recalibrate all Goods sold to their best endeavours. New goods sold will be subject to the manufacturer warranty it’s not covered by the Company.
  5. The Warranty will be void & of no effect as a result of:
    • Removal, alteration, repair or replacement of any part of the Goods purchase by any party not authorised by the Company;
    • Malfunctions due to battery leakage or other such similar factors;
    • Malfunctions due to magnetic field exposure;
    • Malfunction due to extreme temperatures;
    • Malfunction due to water damage & ingress;
    • Damage to the Goods caused by the Buyer’s mishandling, negligence or abuse,
    • If watches have been transferred to another party.
  6. All goods sold must be collected within 7 days, If the goods are not collected after 7 days, the Company shall be entitled to take whatever action as it deems necessary in respect of the goods, including but not limited to the sale of the article. All deposits placed with the company are not refundable or returnable in any event.
  7. In the event that the receipt cannot be produced during collection, the Company may at its sole discretion (it being necessary satisfied with the identification of the customer), decide on the delivery of the product.
  8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions, their interpretation or application Will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
