Customer Information

Where you have engaged us to provide services to you, or made a sale, purchase, or trade with us, your personal data may be collected, used and disclosed by Calibre 65 Pte Ltd and its affiliates, service providers and agents to enable Calibre 65 Pte Ltd and its affiliates, service providers and agents to properly provide services to or for you, and to enable Calibre 65 Pte Ltd and its affiliates, services providers and agents to comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and guidelines, and for internal audit.

Contact details (e.g. mobile numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses);
Government-issued identification, such as a passport, NRIC, or driver’s license (including making copies of such identification);
Date of birth;
Any information about you in relation to services which you engage us for;

Appointment Booking Information

As we are located within The Reserve Vault, for security and registration purposes, appointment bookings are required to visit us. This appointment information is forwarded to the building security team for security purposes and to facilitate entry into the building by appointment.

When you book an appointment to visit us, we collect the following types of personal data

Name
Contact details (e.g. mobile numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses);
Last 4 characters of your government-issued identification, such as a passport, NRIC, or driver’s license;
License plate number and vehicle details for visitors arriving by car;
Any information about you in relation to services which you engage us for;

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a query or message through our website’s contact form, we collect the personal data you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number. This data is used solely to respond to your query and to follow up on any service-related request.

Events

When you register to attend our events, or when you attend our events, we may collect information necessary for ensuring a smooth experience for everyone at the event. Photography and videography will also be conducted throughout the events. By attending, you provide your consent to be photographed and recorded, and agree that such images and recordings may be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

We may collect the following type of personal data from you:

Visitor information, however, is only disclosed to The Reserve Vault to inform them of your expected arrival.

Calibre 65 does not sell personal data to any third parties.
