We provide a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects and malfunctions if the watch is serviced by us.
Trained technicians
Our trained technicians are well-versed in many brands and models of luxury watches. They will handle your timepiece with the utmost care and restore it close to its original condition.
Original parts
If your timepiece requires replacement parts, we will endeavour to use the manufacturer's original parts. If unable to do so, we will consult with you to determine the next steps.
Get a service quote
Our technicians will have to inspect your timepiece to diagnose any issues it may have. Following that, we will advise on the cost and timeframe required to complete the servicing.
For a price estimate, please provide us with the following information:
Servicing
- What are the issues you are currently facing with your timepiece?
- Is your piece running fast or slow?
- Are there any issues with the winding mechanism?
- Does the clasp close loosely or tightly?
Polishing & cleaning
- Which areas of your watch are scratched or scuffed?
- What is the severity of the scratches or dings?

Our technicians will have to inspect your timepiece to diagnose any issues it may have. Following that, we will advise on the cost required to complete the servicing.
How long does it take to service and polish my watch?
It typically takes 7 working days for a watch to be serviced and polished.
However this is largely dependent on the kind of issues your watch has (if any), or if it requires replacement parts.
Our technicians will have to inspect your timepiece, following which we will be able to advise on the timeframe required.
Do you provide warranty on a serviced watch?
We provide a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects and malfunctions if the watch is serviced by us.
We do not provide warranty on polishing, sizing, bracelet/strap changes or any other types of services rendered.
