Can I view the watches in person before making a purchase?

Yes, we encourage you to visit our boutique and view our collection of luxury watches personally. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist and advise on the timepiece(s) that you are interested in.

Yes, you may reserve a watch if you make a small, non-refundable deposit. Please contact us for more information on watch reservations.

We provide a 6-month warranty for our watches which covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Please contact us for more details on our warranty policy.

Can I get assistance in selecting the right watch for my needs?

Will you be able to size the watch for me?

Yes, we are able to add or remove links from the bracelet so that it will be well-fitted to your wrist.

Will you be able to change the strap/bracelet on my watch?

Yes! Precious metal, leather, or rubber - We'd be happy to help you make the switch.

Can I claim tax on my watch if I purchase in-store?

We are a GMS (Gross Margin Scheme) registered company, hence we do not charge you GST on your purchase. As such, you may not claim a GST refund on your purchase.

Which couriers do you utilise for the shipment of watches?

Currently, we leverage a strategic network of trusted couriers including FedEx, DHL & UPS, depending on your specific order and delivery destination.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We aim to process and ship orders within 3 days. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will depend on the shipping method chosen and the delivery destination.

What happens if my watch gets lost in transit?

We use trusted couriers which offer tracked shipments. All watches are securely packed and insured, so you may receive your timepiece in perfect condition.

In the unfortunate event that your purchase goes missing, we will endeavour to source a replacement piece for you, failing which we will provide you a full refund.

Will I be taxed on my purchase?

We are a GMS (Gross Margin Scheme) registered company, hence we do not charge you taxes on your purchase.

However, you may incur tax during the course of shipping from Singapore to your destination country. Please contact us for more information.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to track the status of your order with the shipping carrier.

No. All goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable or refundable.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we do accept a trade-in with our existing pieces.
