Do you charge a fee for sourcing?

Our watch sourcing service is completely free. There are no fees or additional costs involved.
Is there warranty on the sourced watches?

We provide a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects and malfunctions if the watch is no longer covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
I am not based in Singapore. How can I collect my purchase?

We use trusted couriers which offer tracked shipments. All watches are securely packed and insured, so you may receive your timepiece in perfect condition.
